Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping

  • We will ship orders within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation from the system. At times, delays may occur due to non-reflection of payment in our system (payment is deducted from your account, but may not be credited to us).
  • The delivery happens through third-party couriers and they will deliver as per their schedule.
  • You agree that we have no control over the couriers, though we endeavour to ship with the best courier available.

Return, refund and exchange

This returns policy forms a part of the user agreement, and all purchases made from https://jlnequestrian.com/ are subject to this Returns Policy. https://jlnequestrian.com/ is a website operated by JLN Equestrian LLP, a DPIIT-recognised start-up.

Every person making a purchase on our website is advised to read all product details carefully, and only then place an order. Dispatch from our side will be done within 2-3 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only in case of manufacturing defects or sizing issues.
  • We have a 7 day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide proof of purchase/receipt.

  • The refund or exchange will be initiated from our end only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The customer will have to bear the additional shipping expenses for shipping of the exchanged product( To and From).
  • Products sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned products. You will then be informed whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive store credit equal and amounting to the price of the product originally purchased. You will receive the store credit voucher within 2-3 working days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and take remedial action.

Exceptions and Non-returnable products

  • Certain types of products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants), custom products (such as personalized items carrying your name or logo) as well as products which can cause cross contamination (horse bits, used socks, etc).
  • Products purchased on sale or using discount vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
